OFFSET PRINTING
Ideal for large volumes, where high printing speed, up to more than 150 metres per minute, translates into a competitive unit price.
Compatible with special inks such as varnishes, luminescent, security, and invisible inks. Documents can have any type of perforation and dies and large formats can be printed.
We have rotary Müller Martini for rolls that are 52 cm wide and 120 cm in diameter, which reduces the number of times we have to change the rolls and creates less paper loss, which results in a lower printing cost. Densitometric control that guarantees printing accuracy and maximum quality. We also offer hot spot carbon solutions.

Ideal for short runs that require a day-to-day response.

CUSTOMISATION WITH VARIABLE DATA AND DOCUMENT DELIVERY
Allows you to customise any document with text data (personal, addresses), numerical data (usage, accounts), graphics and photos. It is well-suited to personalised advertising campaigns and for sending communications with sensitive personal data.
In turn, you can include any variable data in the form of one-dimensional or two-dimensional code (CB, QR, BiDi, etc.) which is a way to visually represent information for automatic, fast, and error-free reading. A very useful tool when it comes to product traceability, inventory control, as well as the evolution of sales of any product with a barcode or similar.
We have 8 Kodak inkjet printheads (up to 9”) in the rotary offset printers, which means we customise while printing an entire document, no matter how much variable data it includes.
Digital machines can be customised sheet by sheet, which provides enormous versatility and flexibility regardless of the number of documents that need processing.
Finally, we have a folding, envelope-stuffing, and mailing service, offering our customers a one-stop service from design to drop off at the post office for shipment to the final recipient.

TRANSKRIT specialises in the design and development of documents with security measures to protect them from potential forgeries for fraudulent use.
We develop and advise customers on the best type of security measure depending on the document in question and its intended use.
At the international level we have collaborated on many projects related to electoral processes, having been approved by the UN as official suppliers of documents with security measures that incorporate:

BINDING AND FINISHING
TRANSKRIT has a large fleet of machinery to deliver the finished product in the format that the customer needs: folding, perforated, glued, with wrap, shrink wrap, in stuff books, etc. The equipment used includes:
A Hunkeler collator specialised in the manufacture of integrated cards, integrated labels, and self-seal envelopes in any format and with any type of adhesive (press-to-seal, contact, heat-activated, and moisten-to-seal).
A second Bielomatik collator that can make sets of up to 14 different copies, to later form any type of stubs, carbon copy sets, poll books, etc.
Two Polar trimmers, folding machines, plasticisers, slicers, label dispenser, various finishing mills, packaging machines, etc.
